- Renters must sign a
Rental Agreement and a
Liability Waiver prior to arrival at
Cooper Island. Please print the Form, complete, and FAX to
970-668-2166 or our USA toll-free FAX 877-357-8210. Mail original, signed forms and deposit check payable to
"Quart-A-Nancy Point, Ltd" if paying by check.
- A $500 refundable security deposit is required 60 days
prior to arrival to rent
Quart-A-Nancy Point. This covers potential long-distance phone
charges, damages, excess cleaning requirements, and other extra-ordinary
expenses (if any). The deposit will be returned less adjustments for
phone etc within 30 days if the property is left in satisfactory
condition after rental.
- Guests need to work their arrival and departure around
the Cooper
Island Boat schedule. Arrival should be planned for Monday, Wednesday, or
Friday on the 11AM Cooper Island Boat.
Scheduled departure on the
return boat is 7:30AM Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Other
arrival/departure days and/or additional partial weeks can also be arranged,
schedule permitting.
- There are no grocery stores on Cooper Island.
Guests will need to buy provisions for their entire stay in Road Town on
Tortola. We also recommend that guests drink bottled water. Some
bottled drinking water will be provided, however, guest may wish to purchase
additional bottled water for drinking purposes in Road Town.
There are several
(yacht) provisioning services in Road Town or guests can provision
themselves at one of the groceries on Tortola.
- We provide a 10ft inflatable dinghy with 15hp motor for
quests' convenience. This dinghy is authorized for use only within Manchioneel Bay. It's principal purpose is for transportation to the
Cooper Island Beach Club. Maximum capacity is 4 people. The dinghy is
used at guests' personal risk. If you need assistance operating, please
contact our property managers. Guests will also be charged for
gasoline/oil usage (please note that this engine requires a gas/oil mix for
proper operation).
- This house is a non-smoking facility. If you absolutely must smoke, please do so
on the outside porch or on the
jetty and properly dispose of smoking materials. Any evidence of smoking inside the house will
result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
- For your comfort we suggest you bring a supply of
appropriate sunscreen.
