Terms:
As a minimum 50% deposit, signed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required to hold your reservation. Reservations are not binding until these documents are completed and signed and payment is received. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is fully refundable (less a 10% service charge) with sixty-days cancellation notice. Thereafter the deposit will be refunded (less the service charge) only if we are able to re-rent those dates. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require payment-in-full. A $500 refundable security deposit is also required prior to arrival. We accept Paypal Funds, Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal), as well as personal checks, company checks, and money orders. All reservations are subject to 10% Hotel and Accommodations Tax.
