Make A Reservation
Reserve your stay at Quart-A-Nancy Point, Cooper Island, BVI up to 18 months in-advance. See our online schedule for availability and also our Rates Sheet. Contact us via email (info@cooperisland-bvi.com), call direct 303-499-9471 with your date requirements and party details and we will provide a custom quote. Additionally, a completed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required to hold your reservation. Once we have verified your dates and rental fees, please complete these online documents, digitally sign (please do not lock the documents after signing), or sign and scan, save as PDF files, and submit via email to info@cooperisland-bvi.com.

Payment Instructions
We accept PayPal funds, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal. We also accept personal checks, company checks, and money orders. Once you have coordinated your dates and rental fees as described above, then you are ready to make payment. A minimum 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The remaining 50% of the total rental fee is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Rental reservations made less than 60 days from arrival require full payment with reservation. If paying using check or money order, then once we have confirmed availability and price, send the completed rental agreement and payment to “Peak One Holdings, LLC” (our USA holding company), P.O. Box 5775, Frisco, CO 80443 USA.

If paying using PayPal funds or Credit Card through PayPal, then once we have confirmed availability and price, we will send you a rental agreement and Paypal payment instructions will be provided via phone or email to complete payment.

Cancellation Policy and Security Deposit
Your rental payments are fully refundable (less a 10% service charge) with sixty-days cancellation notice. Thereafter your payment will be refunded (less the service charge) only if we are able to re-rent those dates. A $500 security deposit covering potential damages, excess cleaning requirements, and other extra-ordinary expenses (if any) is also required prior to arrival. The payment methods above apply. This will be returned less adjustments within 30 days if the property is left in satisfactory condition after rental. Any evidence of smoking inside the house or on the property will result in automatic forfeiture of your security deposit as Quart-A-Nancy Point is a smoke-free establishment.
