Quart-A-Nancy Point Security Deposit and Cancellation/Refund Policy

A 50% deposit, signed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required to hold your reservation. Reservations are not binding until these documents are completed and signed and payment is received. The remaining 50% plus a $500 security deposit are due 60 days prior to your arrival.  The security deposit covers potential local and long-distance phone charges, damages, excess cleaning requirements, and other extra-ordinary expenses (if any) and will be returned less adjustments for phone etc within 30 days if the property is left in satisfactory condition after rental.  The entire deposit amount is fully refundable with sixty-days cancellation notice.  Thereafter the deposit is refunded (less a 20% service charge) only if we are able to re-rent those dates.

You may want to purchase Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance for protection against events such as illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, and other occurrences that may cause delay/cancellation of travel.  You may also purchase coverage for additional travel expenses to reach your destination if you miss your planned departure for a covered reason.  Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance protects your investment and will reimburse the normally non-refundable payments you make for your vacation rental, airline tickets and other covered travel related fees if you have to interrupt a trip due to a covered event.
