House Location (Hillside):  The house is located on the hillside, approximately 50 feet (~15m) above the water. There is a cart path from the Jetty to the house, however, the hill is steep and guests will be required to climb the hill to get to the house.  Thus, this house is not suitable for use by persons with physical disabilities.  Guest's luggage and supplies will be transported to the house by our managers on arrival. Guests are responsible for getting their own luggage down to the jetty on departure. Also, while most of the property is fenced for your safety, guests should be careful not to approach any cliff edge as these are unstable and may cause falls and injuries.
