Guest Support:
Our current property managers are off-island, and travel over
to Cooper for maintenance and to greet guests. We, through them, will
attempt to provide the best support possible. Please call or email if you
have specific questions.
- Ferry service is provided from Tortola to our private
jetty on Cooper Island by the Cooper Island Beach Club on their scheduled
Monday, Wednesday, Friday Ferry at a cost of $20/person. CIBC also provides return ferry (on schedule) from our private jetty
to their marina on Tortola. Please see our travel page or the
CIBC website.
Guest are free to make alternative arrangements. Please let us know if
we can assist you.
The following are performed by our managers on guests'
arrival on Cooper Island.

Essential Supplies prior to guests' arrival
- Transport guests' luggage and supplies from the Jetty to the house
on arrival
- Show guests around the property and review information
regarding the property infrastructure and amenities
- Provide clean sheets and towels on arrival
- Provide additional drinking water with advance notice (Additional charge
applies)
- Handle property maintenance and repair issues
- Garbage pickup at end of stay
- Brief guests
regarding phone contact regarding “routine” problems and emergency support
by the Cooper Island Beach Club (CIBC)
Guests are
responsible for transporting their own luggage to the Jetty for departure.
